Custom CRM-system for dental clinics network in Latvia

At the UX level, our goal since day 1 has been to provide a familiar feel and helpful experience to a diverse population of patients that should be able to access services from all kinds of devices. Initially, we held a Discovery phase to understand Concordia processes and how information flowed from both the staff and the patient perspective. Based on this input, our design team presented wireframes of the whole users flow to validate with the client and start creating the UI.

The design of this website is unlike many that we do. We had to go for an extremely calm and professional look for an audience that is looking for healthcare.
